Terms of Service
The short version
- Credli helps you track your own credentials and continuing education. It is a tracking tool — your licensing board or certifying body is the only official authority on your compliance.
- You must be 18 or older, and the records you enter should be truthful.
- Credli Pro is an optional subscription billed through Apple or Google, and it renews automatically unless you cancel in your app-store account settings.
- Your uploads stay yours. You can delete your account — and everything in it — from inside the app at any time.

1.Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Credli LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Credli," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Credli app or credliapp.com (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Credli. The Service is intended for users in the United States.
2.Your account
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us at hello@credliapp.com.
3.The Service
Credli lets you record your professional credentials and continuing-education activity, store certificate documents, see your progress against published requirements, and receive reminders. Some features are free; others are part of Credli Pro, an optional paid subscription. We may improve, add, or retire features over time as the Service evolves.
4.Credli is a tracking tool — not your licensing board
Your licensing board or certifying body is the sole official authority on your license, your certification, and your compliance. Credli is an organizational tool that helps you track your own records against publicly available requirements.
Requirements change, boards differ in how they interpret and apply their own rules, and individual circumstances vary. Credli's calculations and status displays are provided for your information and convenience — they are not legal, professional, or compliance advice, and they are not a guarantee that any board or certifying body will consider you compliant. Where a crediting rule is unconfirmed, Credli deliberately counts conservatively rather than guessing in your favor.
You are responsible for verifying your requirements and your standing directly with your board or certifying body, and for keeping your own official records. Never rely on Credli as your only record of compliance.
5.Subscriptions and billing
- Billing goes through Apple or Google. Credli Pro is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price is shown at the time of purchase, and payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google — Credli never receives your card details.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; your Pro features continue until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds. Because billing is handled by Apple and Google, refunds are governed by their policies and requested through them.
- Price changes. If the subscription price changes, the change applies to future renewal periods, and you will be notified in accordance with Apple's or Google's rules before it takes effect.
6.Your content
The records you enter and the documents you upload remain yours. You give Credli a limited license to store, process, back up, and display that content to you — solely to operate the Service for you. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not sell it. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled and how to delete it.
7.Acceptable use
You agree to use Credli lawfully and honestly. In particular, you agree not to:
- enter falsified credential or continuing-education records, or use the Service to misrepresent your qualifications or compliance to anyone;
- upload content you do not have the right to store, or any patient information;
- attempt to access another person's account or data, or to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service;
- resell the Service or use it on behalf of others without our written permission.
8.Credli's property
The Credli app, website, name, logo, and design are the property of Credli LLC and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use the Credli name or branding.
9.Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDLI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CALCULATION OR STATUS DISPLAY WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. SECTION 4 APPLIES TO ALL COMPLIANCE-RELATED INFORMATION IN THE SERVICE.
10.Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDLI LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR PROFESSIONAL DISCIPLINE OR LICENSURE CONSEQUENCES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CREDLI IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11.Ending your use of Credli
You can leave any time. You may stop using the Service, and you can permanently delete your account and all of your data from inside the app.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or creates risk for other users or the Service. Where practical, we will tell you why. Sections 4, 6, and 8 through 13 survive termination.
12.Changes to these Terms
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you by email or in the app before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please email us — most issues can be resolved with a conversation.
